Withdrawal Policy 2026-27
Withdrawal Procedure:
• Formal Withdrawal Request:
Parents are required to submit the withdrawal request through their registered email ID to the official support email address at support@cyboard.co.in. Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid.
• Acknowledgement & Confirmation Call:
Upon receiving the withdrawal request, the concerned department will acknowledge the request within 24 working hours. The team will also connect with the parent over a confirmation call to understand the concern and guide them regarding the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal Form Submission:
Post confirmation, the Withdrawal Form will be shared with the parent. The parent is required to fill out and submit the duly signed form for further processing.
• Verification & Clearance Process:
Once the Withdrawal Form is received, the concerned team will verify the details and check for any pending dues or financial obligations. All outstanding dues must be cleared before the withdrawal request can be processed further.
• Issuance of Documents:
After successful verification and approval of the withdrawal request, the Transfer Certificate (TC), Bonafide Certificate, Report Card, and any other applicable documents will be shared with the parent on their registered email ID within 15 working days.
Refund Policy:
Cyboard School follows a strict no-refund policy for all fees paid, including admission fees, tuition fees, annual charges, or any other applicable charges.
Any payment made towards admission or academic services shall be considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. Submission of a withdrawal request or discontinuation of classes shall not entitle the parent/student to claim any refund.
