It is a highly powerful core value which is based on belief and the assumption about oneself. It is said that a person is actually what one believes he or she is. Therefore to have a good growth curve is to have a very strong believe system in place.

The mission to pursue excellence and to perform to the best of your ability becomes natural when growth is kept in focus. The idea of growing depends upon whether one can identify opportunities that allow a person to grow and also allow others to grow along with him or herself. It is about fulfilling oneself and being contented.

Growth is that critical value which depends on various parameters like loyalty, honesty, trust, ingenuity, simplicity, respect, regard and valuing decentralization of power and decision making. This means that to be able to grow, one needs to have trust and faith in other human beings as well. Growth is also seen as a reflection of how an individual sees another individual with respect to compatibility and his or her complimenting vale system.

This actually leads to build or develop the growth quotient (GQ) in a human being. When a child is exposed to principles, methods and systems that help accentuate growth, then it becomes embedded in their thought process having inculcated overtime.
