Fee Payment Policy 2025 - 26
At Cyboard School, we strive to maintain a seamless and transparent fee payment process. To ensure smooth academic operations, parents/guardians are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Payment Due Date & Grace Period
- All fees are due on the 1st of every month as per the selected payment plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Bi-Annually).
- A grace period of 7 days is provided to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
- Late Fee Charges
- If the fee is not received by the 7th of the month, a late fee of ₹100 per day will be applicable from the 8th onwards until full payment is made.
- If the outstanding fee, including late charges, is not cleared within a month, the student’s portal access will be automatically locked.
- The portal will only be reinstated once the full outstanding amount, including late fees, is cleared.
- Adherence to Agreed Payment Schedule
- Parents/guardians must strictly follow the payment schedule chosen at the time of admission (i.e. Quarterly or Bi-Annually, if applicable).
- Any deviation from the selected payment schedule is not permitted without prior approval from the school administration.
- Payment Methods
- Fees must be paid through the LMS Fee portal or other approved methods as communicated by the school.
