How will my child develop their writing skills if everything is online?

How are exams conducted at Cyboard?

Examinations at Cyboard School help evaluate students’ academic progress and understanding. Exams are conducted twice a year at the end of each term, with the first term exams held in September and the second term in February–March. Students are informed well in advance, and the date sheet, along with the syllabus for each subject, is shared through email and broadcast groups.

To support preparation, teachers conduct revision sessions in class and provide revision worksheets for each subject through the learning portal. The exam schedule is also planned carefully to give students sufficient time to prepare between subjects.

How will you prevent the children from copying answers from the internet?

During examinations, teachers remain present in the virtual classroom to closely monitor and supervise students. To reduce the chances of unfair practices, multiple versions of tests are used. The question papers are designed with skill-based and higher-order thinking questions, which focus on understanding and application rather than simple look-ups. In addition, Cyboard’s AI-supported system helps monitor exam activity and further ensures that the assessment process remains fair and secure.

How do you discipline the children?

We have experienced teachers who have taught at well-known schools across the country and are well-trained to manage classroom behaviour effectively. The virtual classrooms are designed to support proper discipline and active monitoring. Our AI-enabled system helps record student activity during classes, allowing teachers to address concerns and maintain a focused learning environment when needed.

Do Cyboard students have homework? If so, how does it work?

Yes, students are assigned homework regularly. They can access their assignments through the assignment section on the learning portal. Each assignment is available for a specific period, and if a student is unable to complete it within the deadline, it may be republished for them. Teachers also maintain a checklist to track submissions, and parents are informed if assignments are not completed on time.
