Diversity
The world we live in is made up of a number of things. All we see in the form of man, animal, nature, rock and stone; everything contributes to this whole world which makes it one and unique. This is what diversity exactly is.
Recognising diversity is the art of acknowledging a range of differences while accepting each one of them with an open heart. Whether in a classroom, in a community or maybe even in a company, teaching diversity at a young age prepares young minds to accept the world as they grow in it and with it.
The world we see today has taken shape or exists in the way it is because of what we learnt as youngsters and children. When a child is exposed to a diverse atmosphere such as the one at Cyboard School at a young age, it helps that child grow up into a complete individual, one who knows that the whole world is made up of different people coming from different backgrounds, different cultures, different food habits, different geographies, different traditions, different clothing and also a very different set of values laid down in their family, community, tribe, sect and belief, generations after generations.
Growing up with diversity infuses the biggest asset in a human being and that is of tolerance and acceptance. This leads to harmony, peace and tranquillity in the hearts, invested at a very young age. Diversity exposes them to society and this develops the social quotient (SQ) in a child. The social quotient is one of the most critical assets for any human as this defines and results in behaviour, response, etiquette, mannerism and people handling while living in a society, group or community.
A child who is exposed to diversity becomes a leader who understands people better. Such a child is then able to lead oneself, a company, a team or even a nation to achieve greater milestones. Diversity further teaches a child to recognise qualities and excellence in other human beings as well.
When a child refuses to distinguish between colour, race, religion, sect and community, and treats everyone and all environment around himself or herself with dignity, that is when he or she achieves that shining glory of being recognised as a true leader. This is what makes a grow up as a person who is human at heart.
At Cyboard School, our classrooms are full of diverse culture since each classroom consists of children from all parts of the country and maybe even beyond our nation. Therefore this exposes a child to a world beyond the possibility and comprehension that a physical School could ever achieve. Children make friends with each other, children grow up with each other, children learn from each other and children understand each other better.
At Cyboard School a child therefore becomes of force for the future who has the strength and knowledge to lead people from multi cultural backgrounds, while practicing harmony and appreciation at all times.
