Withdrawal Policy

Existing Student Withdrawal
The provisions mentioned below shall apply to the existing students i.e. students who are currently studying in the school.
Any student seeking withdrawal before the start of the session or during the session needs to fill out and submit a withdrawal application form to the Admission Team. The said form has to be submitted one month in advance.
Further provisions of refund and liability are as follows:

Monthly fees to be collected on pro-rata. |
From 1st Sept- 29th Feb | Dues reflected in student ledger (Annual Fee & Monthly Fees) | Monthly Fee | Monthly Fee will be refunded only if one month notice is received by school. Annual fee shall be collected in full. Monthly fee to be collected on pro-rata. |
Note: Please note that one month notice is mandatory for withdrawing the child. The refund process will take a minimum of 45 days from the date of submission of the withdrawal form.
Request for withdrawal not made as per specified period will lead to forfeiture of the entire fee amount.
Process of Withdrawal
- In case parents wish to withdraw their child they must apply for the Transfer certificate via mail to the head of the school, the Principal on email principal@cyboardschool.com
- Transfer Certificate will be issued within 15 working days of the request, subject to clearance of all dues.
- Duplicate T.C./Report Card/Certificate etc. will be issued on payment as per School Rules.
